These terms govern your access to and use of trAPIoka. By using the service you agree to them.
Last updated June 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you, or the entity you represent (“Customer”, “you”), and Rallyum (“Rallyum”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the trAPIoka platform and related services (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
trAPIoka is an API gateway and integration platform. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your subscription term, solely for your internal business purposes and subject to these Terms and your order or plan.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account, for the configuration you deploy, and for all activity under your credentials. You must keep authentication secrets confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the traffic you route and the upstreams you connect.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend access for conduct that violates that policy or that poses a security or operational risk.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights in the data you submit to or route through the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service. Our processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Fees are set out in your order or plan and are payable in advance and non-refundable except as required by law. We may change fees on renewal with prior notice.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and each party’s aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Term and termination
These Terms apply for the duration of your subscription. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty days of notice. On termination your right to use the Service ends and you may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
