Rallyum operates the trAPIoka platform. This policy covers personal data we process as a controller (for example, account and website data). When we process personal data on behalf of a customer in the course of routing their traffic, we act as a processor under our Data Processing Addendum.

• Usage and operational data — logs, metrics, and diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Website data — limited analytics and any details you submit through our contact forms.
