This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Who we are
Rallyum operates the trAPIoka platform. This policy covers personal data we process as a controller (for example, account and website data). When we process personal data on behalf of a customer in the course of routing their traffic, we act as a processor under our Data Processing Addendum.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, work email, organisation, and authentication details for users of the platform.
- Usage and operational data — logs, metrics, and diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Website data — limited analytics and any details you submit through our contact forms.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, maintain audit trails, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with sub-processors who help us run the Service under appropriate contractual safeguards, and where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
6. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Operational logs are retained according to the retention windows you configure.
8. Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, secret management, and continuous auditing. See our compliance overview for more.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
